This role, you will be mainly working on liaising with 'Rewards Merchant' on 'TFS Rewards'.




- Identify high valued/popular rewards and customer's needs on 'TFS Rewards'

- Establish new partner merchant relationships, and managing existing customer relations to retain revenue.

- Prepare site visit and presentation to pitch for the collaboration

- Attend face to face cilent meetings to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.

- Explain and negotiate the terms of the agreement

- Leads generation thru linkedin (candidate must have a active linkedin account)

· Maintain relationship with existing partners.

- Follow up constantly on their progression with us and provide timely advice and analysis




Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant working experience

Fresh graduate may apply

Successful track record of relevant experience

Strong ability to build good relationships with clients

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts.

Enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of fashion and e-commerce industry
