Return & Exchange (TFS Outlet)

Have you encountered some issue with the item? Fret not, allow our professional team to assist you with your query.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Intimate apparel(swimwear/lingerie) are not eligible for return. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  


Refund is strictly not allowed. However exchange to similar/other item is allowed(change of size).

If exchanged item has a higher selling price of your previous purchase, you would need to top up the difference. If the exchanged item has a lower selling price of your previous purchase, there would not be any refund of the remaining.


For all purchase over the counter at TFS Outlet, customer is encouraged to check the item before leaving the store. TFS will not be accountable for any defect/damage on the item after customer have left the store.


The Featured Store would only be able to approve the exchange if it is within 7 days from date of purchase.

The Featured Store reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the return.
